Extra Virgin olive oil from Castilla La Mancha.

Protected by the surrounding hills with the old windmills on top and under the bright summer sun, outstanding Spanish olive oils are being produced in La Mancha, with a tradition reaching back almost 3000 years into the past. With modern technology carefully selected biologically grown olives, are being processed into some of the best olive oils available today.

Olive Oil from the Land of Don Quixote, Castilla La Mancha

Outstanding organic extra virgin olive oil, made from the best olives from certified organic farming. A carefully composed blend with a main base of Cornicabra to give the strength, with a touch of Picual to give it body and gentle touch of Arbequina to provide the necessary softness.

On the nose, its intense apple and almond fruitiness stands out with green notes it’s tasty and balanced in the throat with certain bitter and spicy notes.

Due to the special care at growing and harvesting, the yield of production is reduced, but a purer product with an incomparable flavor is obtained.

It has the organic certification seals of the European Union and the CAAE.

Asparagus from Navarra

Asparagus from Navarra has received a Specific Denomination since 1986, and a Protected Geographical Indication since 2003. The asparagus covered by the Protected Geographical Indication "Espárrago de Navarra" has a white coloration, smooth texture, with little or no fibrousness and a perfect balance in the softness of its bitterness on the palate, mainly due to the cold nights in the production area and the quality of the water and farming systems used to obtain it. Our authentic Navarre asparagus are tender, with their special flavour.

Artichokes from Tudela Navarra

The Tudela artichoke is one of the vegetables most praised by gourmets. Called the orchard flower due to its characteristic shape, in Navarra only the "Blanca de Tudela" variety is grown and it is distinguished from others by its more rounded shape and by having a circular hole in the upper part due to the fact that the bracts or leaves they do not come together to close the head.

 

Always tender, natural flavour, with no sharpness or “taste of lemon”.

Our organic Paprika is prepared by our Partner La Novia in Murcia, a Mediterranean region located on the south-eastern coast of Spain.

This region is known as the Costa Calida for its pleasant exceptional climate and soil.

This artisanal paprika is the result of traditional milling of high-quality bola red peppers that have been grown, gathered, and handpicked with care.
